In the search for new ways of economic management, Dr. Otto Training & Consulting dedicated their research to “evolution management”.
By comparing processes in nature with ones in economics, many phenomena can be explained from a new point of view. this leads to rethinking the average management theories.
The shape of the walls already show one important thesis: evolution never follows a straight path. Based on a graph by Prof. Dr. Kiessling, which shows the extinction and creation of life in the sea over the past 540 million years, the dynamic of evolution is being visualised. It is proven that every catastrophy is always followed by a growth in creation of new species.
Nature and economics oppose each other in the exhibition. The transferability of the two sides is visualized through day to day examples, which are placed on rotatable disks.
Three colors define the three main topics: innovation, organization and sustainability.
Quotes by Charles Darwin refer to the theory of evolution in management.

Graph, which gave form to the exhibition walls.

Important developements in the evolution are marked and explained.

%-marks at the beginning and the end of each section refer to the hight of the graph.

Drill holes as a graphic element prove the transferability of cycles in nature and economy.
